My Story
Hi, I’m Steven.
For over 20 years, I was a prisoner to crippling anxiety, social phobia, and panic attacks that began when I was just 16. My struggle was rooted in years of relentless bullying at school and later in toxic workplaces. From the outside, I appeared to be pushing on, but internally, I was constantly managing a “vicious circle” of worry and physical tension.
I wrote the Anxiety Freedom Manual because I reached a “breakthrough” point where I realized that “getting by” wasn’t enough—I wanted to go to war with my anxiety and win. I didn’t just want to tell my story; I wanted to provide the practical, evidence-based tools I used to reclaim my own life.
This isn’t a story of instant transformation. It is a practical guide built on my research into brain chemistry and the “neuroplastic” nature of the human mind. I learned that while chronic stress can shrink the areas of the brain responsible for decision-making and emotional regulation, those same areas can be healed and regenerated.
Inside the manual, I share the exact steps I took to find freedom, including:
Scientific Understanding: Identifying how neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine impact your stress tolerance.
Practical Techniques: From Psychosensory Touch and Mindfulness to specific Dopamine-boosting methods.
Lifestyle Shifts: Removing negative influences and utilizing nutritional strategies to support the nervous system.
