Hi, I’m Steven.
For over 20 years, I was a prisoner to crippling anxiety, social phobia, and panic attacks that began when I was just 16. My struggle was rooted in years of relentless bullying at school and later in toxic workplaces. From the outside, I appeared to be pushing on, but internally, I was constantly managing a “vicious circle” of worry and physical tension.
I wrote the Anxiety Freedom Manual because I reached a “breakthrough” point where I realized that “getting by” wasn’t enough—I wanted to go to war with my anxiety and win. I didn’t just want to tell my story; I wanted to provide the practical, evidence-based tools I used to reclaim my own life.
